We (Allison Warren and Aaron Bernstein) have been active in real estate for several decades. Between us we have bought, sold and remodeled dozens of our own personal residences, rentals and vacation homes. Aaron also owned and managed multiple multi-tenant properties as well as the development of an 80k sqft retail center in Arizona. Prior to joining Windermere we both have led extensive professional careers:. Allison is a lawyer with over 25 years of experience as a litigator licensed in both Washington and California. Practiced in the areas of business disputes, intellectual property litigation, and employment litigation and advice and consult. Aaron’s career focused on sales and marketing where 20 years were spent at Microsft prior to leaving and starting a marketing and advertising agency, Simple Concepts, which provides high-end creative and digital productions to F1000 companies. We are both parents and between us have six children ranging in age from 15 to 33. children have attended award winning Bellevue Public Schools (Somerset, Tyee Middle, and Newport High School); Open Windows, University Prep; and Eastside Catholic. Thus far, our older children have graduated from New York University and Brown University, and have attended the University of Washington, Pacific Lutheran University, University of Hawaii, and Fresno Pacific. We have a special interest in local schools and helping home buyers and sellers find the perfect fit for their families’ educational needs. Outside of business we enjoy time off at our vacation homes in beautiful Lake Chelan. Being both health enthusiasts who enjoy wake surfing, paddle boarding, hiking, running or any other sport or recreation that allows us to enjoy a Northwest Style.
