We report to the three major credit reporting bureaus, Transunion, Equifax and Experian. Our staff of collectors are required to fully understand and comply with the guidelines detailed by the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) and HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act). All of our collection staff hold the national Professional Collection Specialist (PSC) certification.
