Northstar Management, Inc. was incorporated in California in 1991 as a licensed real estate corporation and is solely owned by Bob Mott, Jr. Northstar then immediately purchased Capital Tech Property Management, Inc. which was formed and operated by Patt Busick Herogian and Paul S. Frederick from 1986-1990. Once established, Northstar proceeded doing business in a small office at 2519 W. Shaw Avenue and within a few months moved to 5070 N. Sixth Street, #186 in Fresno. Within 3 years, Northstar was managing one of the largest fee management properties in Fresno commonly known as Woodward Centre (7102-7112 N. Fresno Street) Fresno, CA. Northstar has been retained by the owners of Woodward Centre for the past 18 years.
