Northline Advisory is an independent technology and AI advisory practice focused on enterprise technology strategy, operating-model transformation, governed AI, and executive decision support. We help organizations navigate complex technology decisions—from stabilizing and modernizing core technology environments to determining where and how AI can create meaningful value without sacrificing governance, accountability, or human decision authority. Our work connects technology strategy with operating models, enterprise architecture, data and cybersecurity governance, organizational capability, and applied AI. A particular focus is the emerging challenge of designing AI-enabled systems that move beyond generating content to working from governed evidence, operating within explicit decision boundaries, evaluating their own outputs, and maintaining traceability between evidence, reasoning, and decisions. Northline is also the home of the Executive Positioning System (EPS), an applied AI research and product initiative exploring these principles in a high-consequence decision environment. EPS combines governed evidence, deterministic controls, probabilistic AI reasoning, evaluation, integrity safeguards, autonomous optimization, and experimental measurement.
