Northgate Solution is a Saudi-registered advisory firm working at the intersection of the Nordic industrial base and the Kingdom's Vision 2030 delivery phase. We are chaired by HRH Prince Nasser Bin Mansour Al Saud and operate from Riyadh, with senior partners across Stockholm and Jeddah. Our work is selective: a small number of Nordic companies and investors where there is a real fit with what the Kingdom is buying, building, and localising right now. Vision 2030 has moved from announcement to execution. Capital is being deployed, counterparts are defined, and local content rules decide who participates. We sit on the Riyadh side of that sequence, mapping the right counterparts inside the relevant authorities, holdings and private operators, and holding the relationships that turn a market interest into a mandate. Our focus sits across six priority areas where Nordic capability meets Saudi demand: defense and dual-use, AI infrastructure, industrial localisation, clean energy, advanced manufacturing, and critical infrastructure. In regulated sectors, market entry follows a specific sequence; counterpart identification, regulatory and documentation path, in-country testing, and integration into the local supply chain.
