Northern Rose specializes in taking care of the patient so that the family can move forward worry free. We also educate the patient so that the patient is empowered to manage their own condition when our service concludes. Family-owned, locally-based, Northern Rose was created to become an extension of your family so that the patient can stay in their home and you know your loved one is receiving an elite level of care (and we've got the awards to prove it). We pride ourselves on developing deep relationships with our patients and their families and we often hear how we helped families navigate and manage this period of their lives.
