Northern Labs is equipped to handle nearly every manufacturing situation with liquid products: low to high pH, water thin-to-highly viscous, special processing requirements (hazardous, low flash point, hydrogen peroxide, enzyme, emulsions, etc), varying regulatory requirements (from auto care to drug products). Northern Labs is capable of handling projects of all sizes, from planning, purchasing, manufacturing execution, through distribution. By specializing in blending, as well as liquid and paste filling, Northern Labs is capable of manufacturing a wide range of product chemistries and finished good packages for a wide customer base. A large purchaser of raw materials and components for liquid products, we maintain inside and outside bulk chemical storage capabilities, with over 150,000 square feet of component and finished goods warehousing available. Northern Labs guarantees consistently high-quality production by adhering to strict quality standards. Northern Labs maintains a meticulous incoming raw material and component inspection program prior to releasing materials for production. Complete quality checks by production and Quality Control occur at key blending, filling, and finished-goods locations. All products are filled under Statistical Process Control. A state-of-the-art laboratory backs up the Quality Control staff with complete wet chemical testing capabilities. Northern Labs operates in strict conformance with cGMPs, FDA/EPA regulations, and ISO 9001:2015 standards. In addition to regulatory conformance, Northern Labs is an environmentally conscious company. Northern Labs has been part of the KDC/ONE network since 2017.
