The Northeast Capital Group, Inc. was established by Donald Taylor as a commercial real estate mortgage and investment company. Peggy Adams joined the corporation in 1998 expanding their expertise into the residential mortgage area. As any successful investor should, the company continues to evolve and reinvent themselves in order to stay vital and competitive in what can be a volatile industry. The companys team consists of seasoned real estate experts with more than 50 years combined experience in all facets of the real estate and lending industry. Founded in 1997, The Northeast Capital Group, Inc. is a corporation based out of Woburn, Massachusetts, a suburb 12 miles northwest of Boston. For more than two decades The Northeast Capital Group, Inc. has provided financial services to owners and developers and has successfully completed numerous commercial and residential real estate projects that have included single and multi family build outs, new construction projects, restaurants, retirement communities, manufactured homes, retail outlets, hospital acquisition and land acquisition deals. The Northeast Capital Group, Inc. has been purchasing and servicing performing and distressed mortgage notes and bank owned properties since 1997. We have successfully negotiated the purchase of mortgage notes as part of large pools and also on an individual basis. The Northeast Capital Group, Inc. is currently approved to purchase by over thirty (30) private corporations and banks and the list grows daily. We also specialize in financing a variety of different real estate development projects. The Northeast Capital Group, Inc. has a strong preference in financing self-storage spaces, office spaces, hotels, and apartments. We also have an interest in financing land development projects but do not lend for primary residential use, heavy industrial facilities, and big box commercial spaces.
