Family owned and managed, Northeast Illinois Service Company, Inc. (NISCO) was originally established in 1990 as an HVAC-R service and repair company, providing Heating and Air Conditioning services to the Greater Chicagoland area, Northwest Indiana, and Wisconsin. Since then, our services have expanded to include facilities repair and maintenance, restaurant equipment repair, and general construction services. Since its inception, NISCO has always held a truly diverse customer base from residential to retail, food service to health care. Our current client list includes, among many others, residential customers, major coffee house chains, medical centers, places of worship, large restaurant chains, microbreweries, and shopping centers.
