Northbound Coaching Information

Northbound Coaching works with people who are navigating a transition — and who need space to think it through properly. Some are stepping into a bigger role or a new level of leadership responsibility. Some are finding their footing again after a setback, a difficult decision, or a period of carrying more than they can show. Some are LGBT+ professionals who are tired of managing how much of themselves to show at work, and want to lead as their full selves. Different starting points. The same underlying work: a space to think clearly, and find the clarity that was already there, waiting to be heard. The practice is founded by Jonathan Briers — a medical doctor with 35 years of international pharmaceutical leadership, including Country Medical Director roles at Novo Nordisk, Roche, AbbVie, and Pfizer across five countries. He holds the Henley Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching and is working toward ICF accreditation. Coaching is offered in English and Dutch.
