North Side Housing and Supportive Services is a not-for-profit organization, founded in 1983, serving individuals who are homeless or formerly homeless. Respect and empathy are as important in rebuilding lives as food, shelter and supportive service. Dedicated staff and volunteers empower our consumers with skills and motivation. NSHSS does all in its power to educate the community on issues of homelessness and to advocate for system change to improve the quality of life for people struggling with the indignity of this societal challenge.
