Located in the Greater Phoenix metropolitan area, the Tempe Union High School District (TUHSD) is located in Tempe, Arizona and serves approximately 11,500 students in six comprehensive high schools. All six schools and the District received "A" letter grades from the Arizona Department of Education during the 24/25 school year. Three schools - Marcos de Niza, Mountain Pointe, and Desert Vista - are also currently A+ Schools of Excellence, a designation from the Arizona Educational Foundation that recognizes the best-of-the-best in Arizona public schools.
