North Haven Partners Information

North Haven Partners, Inc. was established in 1999 to provide M&A advisory services to growth companies in media and technology. Consolidation in the investment banking industry through the end of the nineties left a growing number of middle market companies in need of sophisticated financial advice. We were confident that we could supply required services and build a solid business in the process. In the intervening period, North Haven Partners has worked hard to fulfill this mandate. We have closed over 30 transactions, averaging four deals per year. We have informed the strategies of a number of large enterprises and helped them successfully execute acquisitions and other corporate finance initiatives. We have also helped growth stage companies and their entrepreneurs get liquidity and expand through acquisition. Through it all, we have learned a great deal about what makes successful entrepreneurs and successful companies.
