North Development is a company founded with the knowledge gained from the myriad of obstacles overcome through the past decades. The company is a joint venture between Oak Capital, a real estate investment and development company with principals that have more than 35 years of experience in the US & Brazil, and Edifica, a real estate developer and fund manager from Perú with more than 17 years of experience and 64 delivered projects. Given their complementary experiences and skill sets, they bring a wealth of expertise to create a sophisticated brand. That’s why Domus FLATS was created. North Development's mission is to develop ground-up FLATS (Flexible Apartments for Temporary Stays) that create value for investors and comfortable experiences for owners and guests alike. Focusing on quality and innovation, it aims to set itself apart in the marketplace and become a trusted name in the hospitality industry.
