Our philosophy is to acquire assets at a discount to replacement cost with potential upside via operational efficiencies and/or market fundamentals. We identify specific markets and sectors we feel have opportunities and identify the most qualified operator for each acquisition. In looking for the right acquisition we look for assets which provide attractive cash returns during longer hold periods allowing us to be patient for market recoveries while diminishing our risk on the residual.
