International Insights, Inc./North American Testing is a Marketing Research and Consulting Company launched in 2001 after 22 years in leadership positions on the Client side. This company is a full-service research company dedicated to providing insightful design and analysis to facilitate business decisions. The scope of our business has included many strategic studies used for positioning brands and services, advertising strategy work, new product development, concept tests, price elasticity’s studies, customer loyalty and defection work, concept screens, Brand Tracking and more. We have also been called on to provide an “Outsourced Research Arm” and have written Strategic Plans in this role, offered programs for training and Development and have spearheaded and run several brainstorming sessions.
