Norrdex AB Information

Norrdex AB is your gateway to the world of luxury modular architecture. We specialize in crafting an array of high-end modules, from garden saunas and offices to kitchen spaces, opulent guest houses, and cozy sleeping pods. Our clientele ranges from private homeowners to resorts, hotels, and glamping sites, all seeking a touch of luxury to enhance their living or working experience. Our modules are not just about luxury, they’re about smart living. Each unit comes equipped with state-of-the-art smart home technology. For those who prefer a more rustic experience, we offer an Off-Grid setup for all our module types. The secret to our modules’ comfort lies in their construction. A robust steel structure forms the backbone, complemented by a thermally active concrete floor and ceiling that adapt to the outside climate, keeping you warm or cool as needed. The walls, well-insulated and crafted from sustainably harvested wood, are finished with a choice of modern claddings. From thermal modified wood and steel sheeting to cement-based boards, composite materials, ceramics, and more, you choose the finish that suits your style and location. We even offer traditional brickwork solutions. At Norrdex AB, we believe in transparency and customer satisfaction. That’s why we invite you to visit our workshop and inspect your module before it’s shipped to your location. Rest assured, your module will arrive ready for assembly, bringing luxury and comfort right to your doorstep. Enjoy the Norrdex experience!
