NORMAXIS brings together, around a single project, MEP and energy engineering (ARKEMEP), environmental client-side advisory (ARKENOR) and, independently, third-party certification (IRICE, Cofrac-accredited). Since 2009, more than 1,300 projects across five French regions and Monaco. Environmental obligations keep piling up: RE2020, the tertiary decree, no net land take, biodiversity, sustainability reporting, green public procurement. We hold them together, with a single point of contact, from sketch to operation. Our method: studies start from the architect's drawings with no re-entry, several options are costed for performance and price before choices are frozen, and seventeen years of project archives can be searched in seconds.
