Normachem is a chemical regulatory consultancy, founded in 2007 and based in Fontaniva (Padova), Italy. We work on substance compliance (REACH, CLP, biocides, cosmetics, detergents, precursors), European and non-EU product compliance (REACH product, RoHS, SCIP, PFAS, TSCA, UK REACH, GB CLP, FCM, lithium batteries), workplace health and safety (chemical and toxicological risk assessment, exposure scenarios, reprotoxic, carcinogenic and nanomaterial substances, ADR, IMDG, IATA, Seveso), environmental chemistry (waste, emissions, by-products, EoW, environmental labelling), corporate responsibility (CSRD/ESRS, Green Taxonomy, circular economy, ecodesign, EPR, EUDR), and regulatory support for the pharmaceutical sector on chemical impurities and regulatory requirements. Our clients operate across different industries (chemicals, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, manufacturing, automotive, food, distribution) but share the same need: understanding complex, constantly evolving regulations and turning them into manageable processes. We work with large industrial groups and Italian SMEs, as well as foreign companies that need to comply with European regulation or operate in markets governed by non-EU frameworks. Our approach is technical but starts with listening. Every company has its own history, processes and priorities: there are no off-the-shelf solutions. We combine operational consulting, regulatory monitoring and continuous tracking of European and international legislative developments. When regulations change - and they change often - our clients know before it becomes a problem.
