Norinco International Ltd. (Iraq Branch) Information

NORINCO International Cooperation Ltd. is an incorporated company affiliated to China North Industries Corporation. NORINCO actively carries out exploration, development, production and trade of overseas petroleum and mineral resources. It has constructed and operated flagship projects in countries along the Belt and Road such as East Baghdad Oil Field in Iraq. NORINCO is the main sub-contractor at EBS oilfield of China ZhenHua Oil Co., Ltd. which is located east of Baghdad (Nahrawan district), 70 kilometers to northwest of Ahdeb oilfield. It is spreading 60 kilometers long and 12 kilometers wide. The EBS oilfield is more than 7 billion barrels while the 40,000 barrels per day of plateau production would be reached in next five years.
