In 2015 Helle Thorbjørn established Nordic Development - a company which supports organizations, teams and individuals for them to be successful and release their biggest potential in an always changing environment. Nordic Development works with clients to optimize their connections and partnerships with their surrounding world, commissioners, key stakeholders and each other. Based upon more than 25 years of experience in Leadership and Consultancy, Nordic Development partners with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential, whether the coaching is individual or team based. We focus on a coaching approach where broader perspectives and core learning is essential. Working with organizations and teams Helle Thorbjørn facilitates workshops enabling attendees to discover new perspectives and providing tools which support them to continue their development journey after the workshop.
