NORD. Information

NORD is a small, senior, design-led practice. Founded by Sam Marks. Works directly with founders and leadership teams on product strategy, AI strategy, design leadership and product design. No bloated teams, no layers, a trusted collective brought in when needed. We work with founders, leadership teams and ambitious organisations to navigate moments of change, whether that's defining product direction, embracing AI, or building stronger design organisations. Design sits at the heart of everything we do. Not as decoration, but as a way of creating clarity, reducing complexity and helping teams make better decisions. Our work spans: • Product Design • Product Strategy • AI Strategy & Transformation • Design Leadership • Fractional Executive Advisory Always built on craft.
