Noor Energy 1 is the project company established to implement the 4th phase of Mohammed bin Rashid Solar Park in Dubai. The project will the largest single site Concentrated Solar Panel (CSP) plant in the world with a capacity of 950MW. The project consists of 100MW Central Tower at a height of 262m and 600MW PT CSP plant, 250MW PV plant. Noor Energy 1 is owned by ACWA Power and DEWA and will develop the 950MW project under a 35 years Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) in Dubai, UAE. Shanghai Electric is the EPC Contractor and NOMAC is the O&M Operator.
