“Nooor” - Armenian Blockchain Association, is a non-profit organization striving to turn Armenia into the next tech hub through integrating blockchain technologies into Armenian tech-life, assisting and developing local resources, products and market, and attracting global companies and organizations as well as investors for further pan-armenian development programs and plans. We cooperate with government, state bodies, trade organisations and corporate companies, various industrial sectors and individuals from technology, IT, startups, fintech to healthcare, supply chains, transportation fields to develop revolutionary digital solutions with the help of blockchain technologies. With Nooor we: - Create a large and diverse network on international scale engaging blockchain tycoons, enthusiasts and professionals for expertize sharing through trainings, conferences, hackathons and special events and programs for members, - Provide legal, technical, methodological and strategic support in tokenization of the business, creation and implementation of cryptocurrencies, appliance of smart contracts in real economy, development of ICO (initial coin offering) procedures and standards, etc. - Contribute in and encourage transparency in government activities through the integration of blockchain technologies into state institutions, - Educate and promote blockchain technologies through market research and support, seminars and conference organizing, scientific programs and publications by professionals, etc., - Develop and improve information technologies powered by blockchain through supporting projects and programs on different scales, - Fight against fraud in blockchain powered industries protecting the rights of the citizens and entrepreneurs, - And many more.
