Nonesuch Distillery Information

Nonesuch Distillery is producing a premium range of distilled spirits that live up to our name. "Nonesuch - something without equal, a paragon." Nonesuch products are released when that ingredient, time, has worked its magic to the extent we deem optimal. At Nonesuch we are absolutely serious about producing premium distilled spirits and liqueurs but we are also determined that we will have lots of fun doing just that. We are small enough to be able to make almost bespoke products using Pandora, (our 300 liter copper pot still made right here in Tasmania) to turn local fruits into liqueurs, brandies or eau de vie. Our philosophy is to only make the amount we reckon we can devote sufficient attention to in order to get the best result so you might not always be able to purchase your favourite Nonesuch tipple (it will be bottled when it’s ready and not before) but when you can get your hands on a bottle – a) you should grab it and b) you will be assured of it being a quality drop We want you to enjoy a Nonesuch "experience" rather than you simply being a purchaser so we welcome the chance to chat with you, involve you in what is happening and answer your questions about Nonesuch products or distilling generally.
