nomadmovement Information

What if there was an online platform where you could record everything about your travels? Inspired by a journal, nomadmovement is a personal online travel story. Using your pictures, words, links and maps, you can bring people along with you on your adventures; family, friends, strangers, friends you haven’t met yet. Our people are nomads. We jot down ideas in mini notebooks waiting for the 7:43am Eurail train to Berlin. We Skype from bus stations in Albuquerque and airports in Lisbon. We search café to café for free Wi-Fi in Johannesburg. We type out code as the battery warning flashes on our laptops, stuck in the backseat of a friend’s car driving across France without recharge possibility anytime soon. We hold our phones up in the air, searching for any kind of signal, out bush in the middle of the Australian outback. nomadmovement is all about movement; we are never still. We explore the world trip by trip and build the movement step by step. We want to connect every traveler in the world in one place.
