Node is a global, vertically integrated, investment, development and management company that creates lifestyle centric apartment, micro and co-living residences in creative capital cities around the world. Node’s mission is to create the next generation of lifestyle apartment living with affordable, design-led and community focused residences that meet the growing needs of urban renters. Node residences are in cities throughout the North America and Europe. Current locations include New York, Los Angeles, Seattle, London, Dublin, Barcelona, Madrid and Waterloo (Toronto). Node recently partnered with institutional investors in a €300m European capital expansion program. Node intends to develop or renovate 100-500 bed communities in Europe and North America. Node also seeks to design and property manage entire co-living, micro-living and multifamily buildings with other development and / or capital partners.
