Integral Logistic Terminal Node Park provides the following services: - 3PL logistics terminal, with coverage in the Bajio region. - Rail/truck intermodal service. - Indoor and Outdoor rail/truck loading and unloading. - Indoor and Outdoor long-stay warehousing and storage. - Heavy loads, special load, containers, machinery, structures terminal. - Free Trade Zone services open to the public. Characteristics: - 40 hectares (100 acres) of surface area for container and heavy load storage. - 35,000 m2 (375,000 ft2) of roofed area for storage of granel, palletized and oversized goods. - Overhead cranes up to 40 metric tons. - Rail car unloading inside the warehouse. - Monitoring and Access control. - Perimeter of the property 100% fenced.
