NO/BS Events creates world-class conferences, workshops and live experiences that bring remarkable people together. What began with two sold-out conferences in Melbourne has evolved into an international events business, producing original experiences while partnering with globally recognised speakers, creators, brands and communities to bring exceptional events to life. We believe the best opportunities don't happen by chance—they happen when the right people are in the same room. That's why every event we create is built around meaningful conversations, practical insights and genuine connections. Whether it's a large-scale conference, an intimate workshop or a live podcast event, our goal is always the same: to create experiences that people remember long after they've left. Founded by Jason Soultan in 2019, NO/BS was created to challenge the traditional conference model. After years of attending events that promised inspiration but often delivered more hype than substance, Jason set out to create something different—events that were honest, practical and genuinely valuable. The first NO/BS Conference quickly established the brand as something different. Two sold-out conferences, international workshops and live experiences followed, with events taking place across Australia and internationally. Today, NO/BS continues to create its own original experiences while collaborating with some of the world's leading speakers, creators and brands to develop new event concepts and bring ambitious ideas to life. Whether we're launching one of our own events or partnering with others to create theirs, every project is guided by the same philosophy: Create something worth showing up for.
