Covering most urban areas in the UK, the GoodGym community run, walk and cycle to do practical tasks for community projects and to support older people. GoodGym is a registered charity operating throughout the UK. It is recognised as a leading innovation by the mainstream press and has won awards from multiple Prime Ministers. GoodGym was founded by Ivo Gormley in 2009 in Tower Hamlets. It has 26,000 members across the UK. The organisation aims to create happier, healthier and better connected communities.
