NMS also accommodates a complete spectrum of commercial properties, from Class A office high rise buildings and corporate office parks to laboratories, industrial properties and other high-traffic commercial facilities. Founded in 1985, NMS has earned it's reputation by fulfilling its commitments, conducting business with integrity and keeping customer satisfaction as a priority. Today, NMS's current portfolio includes government contracts across multiple agencies ranging from base-wide custodial services, hospital housekeeping, and mess attendant services. On the state and local level, we have positioned ourselves as a preferred service provider to several municipal agencies to facilitate their city-wide janitorial service contracts. Similarly, we provide nightly cleaning services of light rail vehicles, rail cars and transit buses to several distinguished transit authorities.
