N•M Law, APC was incorporated in 2006 and is dedicated exclusively to the fields of Trusts & Estates and Business Transactions. Because we have dedicated our practice to these two areas we are able to provide efficient, well-informed and coordinated advice to our clients for all transactions including, estate planning, business succession planning, trust administration, business formation/restructuring, contract negotiation, acquisitions and other similar matters. For over eleven years we have acted as in-house counsel for many mid-sized entities, focusing predominantly on closely held and family-owned businesses, which allows a unique perspective and ability to provide guidance which not only protects against litigation but also coordinates with their family wealth and succession planning. We understand that our business owner clients have to address unique challenges in planning for growth, death, retirement and divorce.
