NJASAP, the NetJets Association of Shared Aircraft Pilots, represents the professional interests of the 3,700-plus pilots who fly in the service of NetJets Aviation, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary. Established in 2008, NJASAP is governed by a five-member democratically elected Executive Board, who is supported by a professional staff and more than 125 dedicated pilot-volunteers. As an independent labor advocate focused exclusively on representing the NetJets pilots, the Union maintains a robust menu of services and resources for its members. Additionally, it supports a vital industry affairs program that seeks to advance aviation, the piloting profession and organized labor aviation on Capitol Hill. NJASAP is based in Columbus, Ohio.
