Nitrux Information

Nitrux is both the name of the flagship Linux distribution and the company behind it. Nitrux is a Linux distribution with a focus on portable, application formats like AppImages. Nitrux uses KDE Plasma 5 and KDE Applications; we also use our in-house software suite Nomad Desktop. Nitrux was founded on April 1st, 2012 in Mexico. Initially as an artwork outfit in 2014 Nitrux OS was released for the Exynos 4412 SoC. Today Nitrux provides an approach to desktop Linux distributions focusing on AppImages, convergent applications, and atomic system upgrades. Nitrux's mission is to become the most trusted consultant for its clients, designing innovative solutions that respond to the challenges that customers expect, acting as a facilitator for digital transformation. Over time, our departments continue to improve the execution of external processes so that our teams are able to work in a coordinated manner, in a way that offers the minimum of risks, with the only goal that the end customer has the best experience.
