Nitrous London fuels effective collaboration between startups and government. With such little government procurement spent on SMEs, there is an opportunity to help the public sector seek the most cost effective and innovative solutions to provide impact to its citizens. Building on a deep understanding of the unique issues facing both startups and government, we match powerful, young technologies with some of the biggest challenges of today, while ensuring the best return for government and helping create the cities of the future. We expose later stage, proven scale ups in front of key public sector decision makers and reduce procurement cycles dramatically. We work with both scale ups providing cost savings and efficiencies with enterprise back office solutions as well as product focused innovation for front office innovation - and have completed a programme with Transport for London. We are also passionate about the role data plays in fuelling a self sustaining innovation ecosystem. We work with our local government partners and wider industry to identify and open and pre release data sets to be utilised by SMEs.
