Nitinol Capital is a debt solutionist business that focuses on optimizing corporate capital structures by creating bespoke funding solutions. We perform comprehensive analyses to determine an appropriate capital structure for a business and work as an extension of the management team to execute a focused and meticulous debt raise. Nitinol Capital provides cradle-to-grave debt solutions, with particular expertise in expansion capital, acquisition finance, leveraged and management buyouts, leveraged recapitalizations, refinancings and distressed or challenging debt raises. We are active in both traditional debt markets (e.g. banks and financial institutions) and the alternative debt markets (e.g. private credit providers and asset managers).
