Starting with computer output microfilm (COM), a form of media that records print-image data on microfilm, NISSHO ELECTRONICS was one of the first companies to provide such solution to the Japanese market, and this soon became an area of strength for the Company. Further, NISSHO ELECTRONICS was the first company to penetrate Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) systems in Japan and also established the world’s first IP telephony company utilizing VoIP technologies.
