Nisa Experience focuses at Chef-centric F&B establishments. The company when formed was clear of their ambition in creating homogenous interpreted chef centric restaurants, where the chef is not limited by the old style restrictions of cuisines or restaurant concepts. Focus of properties under Nisa is to the people who form the company. Playing with our collective strengths and helping them to create an experience in their skill zone. Nisa focuses a lot on the team and their experiences all the way from their childhood to their latest project. Proud to be an Indian start-up, Nisa focuses a lot on its clients and their expectations. Catering to the Indian market, creating experiences which are eccentric, innovative and new but still elates the essence of Indian taste and flavour profiles is the company's fore point. Currently, Nisa operates Ekaa, a chef centric restaurant which is fine dine only when it comes to the food they serve, helmed by Chef Niyati Rao. Aiming for one more project to be launched by the end of first quarter, the project (name cannot be disclosed) works on redefining one of the most basic category of a restaurant into an immersive experience. With a third project slated to go live at the end of 2022, Nisa Experience is on the path to expansion keeping our vision in mind and revolutionising food in India.
