Nirvana Personal Training Information

We offer personal training facilities in parks, gym, homes and offices. Located Northside we generally train around the Windsor, Wilston and Grange area. We are committed to developing your fitness goal and abilities, whether for yourself, your family or the entire office. Life is busy and taking care of you can take a back seat to life’s other responsibilities. That’s why we set up services when and where it suits you to train. Our aim is to help you enjoy exercise and achieve your goals whatever they may be. One on One with Nirvana, based out of the well fitted genesis gym in Windsor. Group classes out of Windsor State school two nights a week. PT2U we bring everything you need to your office, home or local park for the most convenient workout 12 week challenges come up a few times per year.
