Nipra was incorporated in 1990 whereas the business group has been has been engaged in metal packaging business since 1982. The present product lines on offer are aluminium ROPP bottle caps and printed aluminium / tinplate sheets. In the aluminium ROPP bottle caps business, Nipra is the one of the leaders in India and an approved supplier to the leading spirits, wine and pharmaceutical businesses. In 2015, the sales of aluminium ROPP bottle caps exceeded 1.50 billion pieces and total aluminium usage was almost 4,000 tons. Nipra also has the largest fleet of sheet-fed offset printing and coating lines in the Indian metal packaging industry with 11 lines in production in 2015. Products made by Nipra are now exported to more than 25 countries around the world. Nipra is now a 'star-rated export house' recognised by the Indian government for consistent performance and growth in export business.
