NIPIT’s mission is to lead the way in developing emergency and healthcare services where neurodiverse staff are supported, valued, and empowered to thrive. We work directly with neurodivergent staff and their non-neurodivergent colleagues—providing training, peer support, and workplace consultation—to foster inclusive, neurodivergent-aware cultures within the service. By partnering with Blue Light & Healthcare Services, we help staff better understand and communicate with one another and with the communities they serve—delivering fairer, more effective outcomes for all.
