Barristers (trial and appellate lawyers) practising intellectual property, technology, media and competition law. We advise business and individuals on difficult points of law, draft complex legal instruments for use either in business or litigation and represent them before the Patents Court, Patents County Court, Chancery Division and the Intellectual Property Office's tribunals. We specialize in the needs of start-ups and other small businesses. In anticipation of the Legal Services Act 2007, we formed a limited company that provides arbitration, mediation, training, intellectual property strategy, online publishing as well as practice management and procurement services. Our attention is to apply for a licence for the company to practise as an alternative business structure as spoon as possible.
