We’re a boutique practice led by Kate Armstrong. We work closely with the people behind each initiative, drawing on experience building programmes and organisations across sectors and borders. We focus on the practical structures that help new ideas thrive: relationships, roles, decisions and ways of working. Our perspective is informed by nature and more-than-human thinking.
