Agriturismo Poggio al Ninfale by Fratelli Rongo is a large farmhouse beautifully restored in full respect of tradition of Tuscany, with characteristic terracotta floors, chestnut beams and strictly Tuscan bricks and stones partly recovered from the property itself. The property is located only 50 kilometres from the famous city of Siena and 30 kilometres from Grosseto. Nearby is the medieval town of Montalcino, a popular destination with tourists who are attracted by its prestigious wines and traditional cuisine. There is a net surface living space of approximately 250 square metres, totaling 500 square metres including the adjacent areas of the terrace. The farmhouse is composed of 4 apartments, each with an independent entrance. There are a total of 16 beds, 5 bathrooms and 4 large living rooms with independent kitchens, panoramic terraces, a 72 square metre swimming pool with jacuzzi and about a hectare of garden on which there are century-old olive trees and vegetation typical of the area. Agriturismo Poggio al Ninfale comprises an entire hill set in the heart of the D.O.C. Montecucco district. The farmhouse gives its name to a D.O.C. wine produced with grapes from the property itself. After taking a provincial and well-maintained road, the property can be reached along a short track (about 700 metres). The whole property is registered as an organic farm and with the main control bodies AIAB and ICEA.
