Nimblechapps is a multi-arm operating group that fixes how businesses run. We were founded as an IT firm in Ahmedabad in 2014; over the past decade we've grown into a group of specialised companies covering software and automation, ERP, AI, offshore finance and accounting, and security. Most firms in our space sell the fix first — they show up with a solution and try to make your problem fit it. We don't. The work starts with finding what's actually broken, because most business problems aren't the ones the business names. What they call a bookkeeping problem turns out to be three teams keeping three sets of numbers. What they call an IT problem turns out to be fragmented systems no one connected. What they call a hiring problem turns out to be capacity nobody architected. Once the real problem is found, the right arm of the group handles the fix. We work across the US, UK, South Africa, and beyond. Our US CPA firm clients use us for offshore accounting capacity that scales with their tax season. Our SMB clients use us for ERP implementations that survive contact with how their business actually operates. Our SaaS and IT clients use us for security work that's engineering-led, not compliance theatre. Our founder, Keval Padia, personally diagnoses every major engagement before any arm proposes a fix.
