Nilper design department, as the main directing factor of production field, handles the design of new products, optimization of the current products, standardization of materials and processes and establishment of a total technical information bank in the framework of executive design method. also the market needs, foreign products benchmarks and assessment, anthropometry dimensions, ergonomic properties, and aesthetic aspects of the design for each product are considered continuously. During all stages of design, design standards including international standards e.g. BIFMA, Iran national standards (ISIRI) and also Nilper internal standards are the main benchmarks for design department experts. Preliminary information requirements are provided by department of design and manufacturing department then will produce the machinery required for the production line considering the proficient personnel and using accurate modern instruments and tools. In general production in Nilper divides between in house production and production by preevaluated contractors the in house process includes carpentry, metals, plastics injection, Foams injection, Sewing departments which are monitored constantly according to the standard, this monitoring is also included to the contractors production lines as well , in a way that both the production process and also the final product will be controlled scrutiny . in order to garanty the quality of final product .
