NILLY (www.nilly.us), a first-of-its-kind platform that allows student-athletes to capitalize on their name image and likeness (NIL) earning potential faster while providing qualified investors and fans a unique way to support their favorite college teams and players and participate in their NIL earning opportunities via an investment in the NILLY Funding Series. Available to current and committed college athletes, NILLY allows both groups to immediately tap into their future NIL earning potential. Approved student-athletes who partner with NILLY receive an upfront payment as well as additional NIL earnings over time, in exchange for allowing NILLY to license their NIL rights. Athletes keep the upfront payment even if they get hurt or stop earning NIL income for any reason, offering them protection in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Additionally, student-athletes who partner with NILLY receive financial literacy training, access to investment advisors and assistance with identifying and securing NIL deals. Offered in the form of a managed fund strategy, accredited investors can invest in portfolios comprised of NIL licensing contracts for specific schools and teams. Any money they invest goes directly to student-athletes on their chosen team and sport, and investors can participate in the NIL earnings of the members of these teams as they secure future NIL endorsements.
