The company was established in 2005 under the leadership of Don Nickol. Don was the IT Manager for a large law firm in Cincinnati when he decided to open his own consulting business. Don also teaches accredited courses at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. He has instructed classes in Microsoft Server software, networking, security, and Microsoft Office since 2004.
