General information NicheHunters was formed after James Trenholme and Brendan Lynch spotted a gap in niche recruitment markets like Jersey. James and Brendan had both experienced frustrations with the traditional methods of recruitment which seemed inefficient, lacked transparency and was riddled with poor communication. It was clear to James and Brendan that recruitment in these markets had changed little in the last 30 years and seized the opportunity and provide an alternative. NicheHunters was born!
