NICAS operates the National Indoor Climbing Award Schemes: NICAS Ascend, NICAS Wild Climbers, NICAS Clip, NICAS Climbing, and NICAS Bouldering. Our schemes start from age 3+ with over 200,000 learners so far. NICAS schemes can be used to support GCSE PE and the physical element for Duke of Edinburgh awards. These nationally recognised schemes standardise the teaching and coaching of young people to safely use and begin a lifetime of happy climbing experiences.
